With the coronavirus pandemic making people feel like the world has been turned upside down, Lay’s wanted to help shift their perspective and instead focus on the good that’s all around us. Because despite what’s happening, there are still people everywhere bringing joy to their friends, families, and communities. We call them Joygivers. And the joy they bring comes from unexpected kindness and other selfless acts. For everything they do, Lay’s wants to celebrate them. So in TV, social, and digital, we asked that anyone who knows a Joygiver of their own simply share their stories. Then for every post or tweet using #joygivers, Lay’s will donate $50 to Feeding America. Up to a grand total of $1 million. Because the only thing better than joy is sharing that joy with the world.
